Career

Michael Kern is a pioneer in the teaching of Craniosacral Therapy, and he has travelled the world to teach this approach to health care professionals.

The blog will cover Kern’s work with the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust – which he founded in 1989 – and include further information about the principles and practice of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

News and information about the latest research findings in Osteopathy and Craniosacral Therapy will also be shared.

Currently, Kern is teaching courses in Russia, Denmark, Poland, Holland, Germany, Sweden and the Czech Republic. He has previously taught in several UK institutions, including the University of Westminster, the College of Osteopaths and the International Cranial Association.

Personal topics will be covered too, particularly relating to the Drukpa Trust – the UK registered charity with Michael Kern as its founding Trustee. This blog will report on the work of the charity, that operates in the Himalayas to develop educational and humanitarian projects. Kern founded the charity in 1992, which has since been responsible for starting an award-winning school in the Indian Himalayas that provides a quality education for around 950 children.
