Internal Tension Patterns
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy works by addressing the factors that underlie internal tension patterns, using direct palpation and light touch skills to alleviate symptoms. We all experience stresses and strains and in many cases the body can compensate for these naturally. In cases where it cannot, we may develop symptoms.
